1. The property sought to be rezoned is located Fronting on Virginia Route 839 (Old Red
Bud Road at Intersection of U.S. Route 11 and Exit 82 of Interstate 81 directly behind
MacDonald's Restaurant.
It has a frontage of 600 feet and a depth of 220 feet and consists of acres
