BOX 601 9 COURT SQUARE WINCHESTER, VA. 22601 r RE: Modification Recuest, Virginia iniforu Statewide Building Code Dear Mr. Neff: In response to your request of 2.:arch 6, 1980, regarding a modification of Section 1702.1.1 of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, this office has reviewed your situation and is prepared to grant the following modification: The use of an approved gas fired toilet tc handle human waste and a smaller limited drainfield as designed a_nd approved by the health department to handle gray water. The occupancy load of this build- ing will be limited to a miximum of three (3) employees at any one time, the use limited to construction ecui=ent storage and repair. Authority for granting this modification is taker. from Section 109.2 of the Code. It is to be understood the above referenced modification applies only to this specific use and does not vary or modif, any other portion of the Code. March 7, 1980 3535 Jones Rd. e Winchester, Va. Dear Sir: R. R. Neff Const. Co., owner of 12.056 A parcel 59A on the Tax map property lying between Rt. # 11 and Interstate # 81 bording State road # 814. R. R. Neff is constructing a storage building 30 X U to store heavy equipment in and do some mechanical work. There will be three employees in this building, one full time mechanic whos hours will be 8 to h five days a week. The other two employees are heavy equipment operators and would only occupy the building for major breakdowns. This will be the extent of my operation. Sincerely,
