Dear Mrs. Stefen:
As per our conversation on May 8 regarding the property located
on Route 250 West, belonging to Joseph Massie at the present time.
It is our intent to use the property for our offices and the parking
of two or three company vehicles (half -ton vans or one -ton flat bed).
We will be receiving a very limited number of customers in order to
go over jobs and potential clients. However, the number of persons
coming and going would be very limited.
It is our understanding that this building was used by a build-
er'and was used for a sales office for interviewing potential clients.
We will in essence be using it for the same purpose. To our know -
ledge there will be no change in the use, as previously used by the
builder owner.
The description of the property can be found in Deed Book #386
page 496 being previously owned by David Soper and purchased Ed And-
rews, and then being purchased by Joseph Massie and partners. Please
see attached plat of property that I am speakin of.
