PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Single-family residential dwellings
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Transportation Department - No objection to rezoning.
Sanitation Authority - Water and sewer facilities are available to the
property and are adequate for the proposed zoning.
Greenwood Fire Company - The Greenwood Volunteer Fire Company has no problem
with the rezoning of this property.
Inspections Department - The rezoning request shall comply to Section 309.0,
Use Group R, of the BOCA Basic National Building Code.
Planning and Zoning - The site is a small, relatively level parcel surrounded
by RP zoning on two sides (the planned Apple Ridge Development) and with RP
located across Senseny Road (Glenmont Village). RP zoning is appropriate for
this site.

Acknowledged, the Grantor herein does hereby grant, bargain,

unto the Grantees, jointly, as tenants in common, without any

on the northeast side of Sensony Road, designated
Virginia Secondary Route No. 657, in Shawnee

taining six (6) acres, about three (3) miles
cast of the City of Winchester, and more par-
ticularly described by plat and survey of Richard
U. Goode, C.L.S., dated November 1, 1984, attached
to that certain Deed dated November 9, 1984,
from Amos E. Whipp and Mary V. Whipp, his wife,
to Donald L. Stump, recorded in the Clerk's
Office of the Circuit Court of Frederick County,
Virginia, in Deed Book 588, Page 361.; and being
the same property conveyed to the Grantor herein
by said Deed. Reference is made to the aforesaid
Deed, plat and survey for a further and more
particular description of the property herein
conveyed and for a further,dorivation of the
title thereof.
This conveyance 'is made subject to nil easements,
rights -of -way, and restrictions of record affecting the subject
property.
