been withdrawn from the meeting which it had been advertised for public hearing.
Because the processing of your application had already been been set in motion,
it is our policy not to give refunds.
Please feel free to pursue a rezoning in the future. However, an application

REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
VA Dept. of Highways & Transportation - No objections to rezoning. If this
is to be a place of business, a commercial entrance permit must be applied
for and approved before the business is started.
Sanitation Authority - Central water and sewer facilities are directly
available to this site.
Roundhill Fire Company - No comments from fire company until the site plan is
submitted.
Inspections Department - If existing buildings are to be used for other than
residential purposes, the buildings must be brought into compliance with the
Building Code for the proposed use. Permits must be obtained for the change
of use and a Certificate of Occupancy must be issued before any new use can
commence.
Planning and Zoning - No objection; this is located in an area which is in
transition from RP to Commercial. Neighborhood and general commercial uses
have already been established.

hereinafter called the Grantor and RYLAND S. CARPER and REBFCCA L. CARPER,
his wife, party of the Second part, hereinafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the Grantors do hereby grant and convey with
rjoneral warranty and English covenants of title, unto the Grantees, in
fee simple, jointly, as tenants by the entirety with the common law
right of survivorship, the following described property:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with
all ittprovoments and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying
and being situate along the Northern side of Virginia
U.S. Highway No. 522 at Sunnywide, about one-half mile
Northwest of Winchester, in Stonewall District, Frederick
County, Virginia, fronting on said highway a distance of
39 feet, more or less, and extending back between parallel
lines a distance of 115 feet, more or less, bounded on -the
East by Purcell Drive, and on the I -Jost by the J�and now, or
formerly, belonging to Butler, and being the same land that
was conveyed to Edward R. McKee and Catherine I. McKee, his
wife, with comrtun law right of survivorship, by Deed dated
May 18, 1960 and on record in the —Clerk's Office of the
Circuit Court of Frederick County, in Deed Book 263, at
Page 379. The Grantor herein, assumed all right, title and
interest to ssiid property upon the death of her husband,
Edgard R. McKee on the 29 day of _ May _, 19 81_.
This conveyance, however, is made subject to all rights of
ways, easements aiid/or coi)ditions of record, if any, affecting the
aforesaid realty.
The Grantors do hereby covenant that they have the right
to convey said realty to the Grantees, that the Grantees :;hall have
quiet and peaceable possession of the said property, free from all
liens and encumbrances; and that they will grant such further assurance
of title as may be requisite.
