Douglas Adams for 6.224-Acre tract Dear Bob: I am enclosing an Application for Rezoning of Mr. and Mrs. Adams for the 6.224-Acre tract which is surrounded by the Adams' other property which has already been rezoned. Mr. and Mrs. Adams recently acquired title to this parcel. This will confirm information which we received from your office that it will not be necessary for us to obtain comments from the Health Department or the Highway Department for this tract since it is totally surrounded by the Adams' other property for -which those departments submitted comments in the previous rezoning. If my understanding in this respect is not correct, please let me know. It is my understanding that this matter will be placed on the Planning Commission's agenda for November 5, 1986, and on the Board of Supervisors' agenda for November 12, 1986. If my under- standing in this respect is not correct, please let me know. I am enclosing our check in the amount of $106.00 for the appli- cation fee for this rezoning.
