MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Industrial land use and vacant land use, M-1 (Light
Industrial) Zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Industrial storage
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Transportation Department - Applicant must apply for a commercial entrance
permit and meet all requirements of the Virginia Department of
Transportation.
Sanitation Authority - 1) 10' minimum separation between water and sewer
lines; 2) Need gate valve on water line at tie in; 3) Move fire hydrant;
4) Main line to be 8"; 5) Last manhole should have an 8" opening for future
line.
Clearbrook Fire Company - Follow the National Fire Protection Code.
Inspections Department - Shall comment at the time of plans review.
Planning and Zoning - This proposed use is acceptable in the M-1 Zoning of
the Stonewall Industrial Park. All planning, zoning, site planning, and
parking standards have been met. The Planning Staff has no objection to the
approval of this site plan.
