Before any work is performed on the referenced right -of- way, a commercial entrance permit must be applied for, approved and built to our minimum requirements with adequate sight distance. Sanitation Authority - 1) Is 1 1/2 tie-in on waterline a gate valve on corp stop? 2) Need two joints past valve at fire hydrant; 3) Show size of existing sewer line. Clearbrook Fire Company - Follow the Fire Protection Code Association. Inspections Department - Shall comment at the time of plans review. Planning and Zoning - This proposed use is acceptable in the M-1 zoning of the Stonewall Industrial Park. All planning, zoning, site planning, and parking standards have been met.
