This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Planning Commission's action at
their meeting of March 16, 1988:
Approval of Site Plan #003-88 of Bethesda Management Company for a one—story
metal warehouse building, zoned M-1, 5 acres, located on Lenoir Drive in
Stonewall Industrial Park, in the Stonewall Magisterial District.

ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Vacant and industrial land uses and M-1
(Industrial) zoning
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: One-story metal warehouse building
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Transportation Department - Our office recommends a minimum of forty (40')
feet entrance width. Before any work is performed on the referenced
right -of- way, a commercial entrance permit must be applied for, approved and
built to our minimum requirements with adequate sight distance.
Sanitation Authority - 1) Is 1 1/2 tie-in on waterline a gate valve on corp
stop? 2) Need two joints past valve at fire hydrant; 3) Show size of
existing sewer line.
Clearbrook Fire Company - Follow the Fire Protection Code Association.
Inspections Department - Shall comment at the time of plans review.
Planning and Zoning - This proposed use is acceptable in the M-1 zoning of
the Stonewall Industrial Park. All planning, zoning, site planning, and
parking standards have been met. The Planning staff has no objection to the
approval of this site plan.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
