Item #4 continued:
If the exterior wall is cloer than 5' to the lot line, protection
from fire exposure must be made on both sides of the wall. Because of
this, and the closeness of the walls to the 51 mark, I recommend
that a survey put property nins in place on these two critical property
lines.
OTHER NOTE:
This is not an electrical, mechanical, or plumbing review.
It is noted that Richard A. Ruckman, Professional Engineer of Va.
using his Virginia engineering stamp approved the foundation details
of this building.
It is noted that Joe M. Ormand, Jr. Professional Engineer, using his
Virginia Engin(erine stamp approved the structural drawings of this
building, presented to us by the contractor. This inspections office
is conunting fully on the integrity of these drawings for the integrity
of this building.
Because of the critical nature of obtaining a two hr. fire protection
on the interior side of the two walls of this building, we will re-
quire a detail on same by a Va. registered engineer, or architect.
If during the course of construction, any deletion of Code reouirements
are discovered, even if not commented on here, they will be immediately
corrected on the plans and incorporated into the construction under-
way, all prior to receiving an occupancy permt.
