Dear Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to notify you that the McDonald's Site Plan #016-88
has been approved by the Frederick County Planning Commission on August 3, 1988,
with the following conditions:
1. Post two signs stating: "No overnight parking is allowed in the parking
lot".
2. Provide an earthen berm with landscaping as approved by the Planning
Commission.

Why cater to trucks?

Why is existing parking area not
sufficient? Seldom has the existing
parking lot been over half full.

How do they know trucks will use
parking lot and not street? How is
street parking to be policed and
prohibited?

With Wendy's going in, do they need more parking?
5-
Why not go east along 277 rather
than along 647?
6-
They don't mow and keep trash in
check now, would they with more land?
7-
How are neighbors to not hear trucks idling and their air conditioners
running?
8-
Lighting for parking lot? Glare
to neighbors?

Drugs and other activities in "remote" lot? How is this to be policed?
