Sanitation Authority - This area is serviced by the City. Stephens City Fire Company - Shall comply with Chapter 10 of the Frederick County Code as a minimum. Planning and Zoning - This proposed use is acceptable in the M-1 zoning of the Winchester -Frederick County I.D.C. All planning, zoning, site planning, and parking standards have been met.
