Square subdivision. This agreement was made between Kris Tierney (Planning Department), Jim Doran (Parks and Rec.), and Michael Bryant (Application Representative). The agreement calls for : 1) Put a bench seat in the existing gazebo 2) Add another gazebo 3) Add a picnic table; a bar-ba-que grill; and a porch swing Tudor Square will need to submit a revised site plan showing the recreational additions. This letter of credit expires on December 31, 1989. Also, this letter is written with the condition that all parties on the following page execute this letter. Please return the original accepted letter or a copy of the original accepted letter to my attention by October 13, 1989.
