I am enclosing a copy of your Site Plan plat as submitted. Have your surveyor
add the following additions and/or corrections that were submitted by the various
reviewing agencies:
1. Show water and sewer easements and connections (contact James W. Givens,
Utility Superintendent, City of Winchester)
2. Show roof drainage carrying water to the front of the lot. Drainage must
be noted as going to Garber Road.
3. Show landscaping plan.
4. These comments are suggestions only: The entrance seems excessively
wide and it is generally unwise to put the building in the middle of
the lot as it makes expansion difficult.
It will be necessary for the revised Site Plan to be in my office by July 7,
1978, so that we can be sure that your proposal is presented to the Planning
Commission on July 19 and then the Board of Supervisors on August 23.
A land disturbing permit must be obtained from the County Department of Public
Works before any soil is moved.
