Proposed Use: New location for Davenport Insulation.
Frederick -Winchester Health Department: A suitable site has been located to
serve the projected number of employees working for Davenport
Insulation.
Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation: Approved.
Zoning: All requirements may be met.
Planning: This will make the sixth lot to be proposed in this park without
an approved Master Plan. The Master Plan, and water and sewer
installation schedule should be presented and approved before
many additional lots are platted.
It might be well to also discuss a plan for improving the appear-
ance of this development as well.
Staff Recommendations:
This subdivision request should only be approved after the Master
Plan is accepted, only then will all requirements be met.
Planning Commission Recommendation:
The Planning Commission, by a 4 to 2 vote, recommends approval.

As per our telephone conversation of June 9, 1978, I am enclosing a copy of
your Site Plan Plat as submitted. Have your surveyor add the following
additions and/or corrections that were submitted by the various reviewing
agencies:
1. Note that there will be a maximum of twenty-two (22) employees.
2. Complete topographic information must be shown.
3. Use of the building, overnight parking area, and the extent of
out side storage should be shown.
Please return the revised Site Plan to this office by the morning of June 14,
1978, so that it can be processed and presented to the Planning Commission
without delay after the Board of Supervisors have made their subdivision
decision on June 12, 1978.
Also, a permit must be granted by the Virginia Department of Highways and
Transportation before any work is started on the State right-of-way, and a land
disturbing permit must be obtained from the County Department of Public Works
before any soil is moved.
