Have your surveyor add the following additions and/or corrections that were submitted by the various reviewing agencies: 1. Note that there will be a maximum of twenty-two (22) employees. 2. Complete topographic information must be shown. 3. Use of the building, overnight parking area, and the extent of out side storage should be shown. Please return the revised Site Plan to this office by the morning of June 14, 1978, so that it can be processed and presented to the Planning Commission without delay after the Board of Supervisors have made their subdivision decision on June 12, 1978. Also, a permit must be granted by the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation before any work is started on the State right-of-way, and a land disturbing permit must be obtained from the County Department of Public Works before any soil is moved.
