The purpose of this letter is to provide a zoning verification on the subject property per your request received
via phone on December 4, 2004. These properties are zoned B2 (Business General) and they have been site
planned to accommodate an auto sales business (Site Plan #9-79). Please note that the site has expanded
beyond what is shown on the approved site plan and a revised site plan is still necessary to accommodate these
changes.
