In regard to the Building Permit Application and Site Plan review (No. 009-78)
of yoru proposed addition, please be advised that no action can be taken until
such time as the existing sewage disposal system meets the requirements of the
Frederick -Winchester Health Department; and clear approval is granted by the
Health Department for the proposed addition.
Also, prior to Site Plan approval, your submitted plat should be revised to
include: Information concerning increased parking provision, the intended use
of the addition, and current topographic and drainage information. A seal by
a certified land surveyor, architect, 'or engineer will be necessary.
While it is unfortunate that your construction plans will be delayed, as I
mentioned before, the Zoning Ordinance clearly requires site plan approval.
for all public and/or semi-public buildings; ..and -churches or schools are
considered as such.
