I am enclosing a copy of your Site Plan as suh fitted. Have your surveyor
add the following additions and/or corrections that were submitted by the
various reviewing agencies:
Sewer lateral should go to the ma_nbole.
Radius on entrance should be a min—inum. of twenty-fi-'�Te .(25) :feet.
Show typical section for parking lot.
Show cross section of sanitary lateral and water lateral.
Provide parking curb stops.
Show plans for slope stabilization at rear.
Warehouse area must be differentiated from shop area. -so that required
number of parking spaces can be determined.
A land disturbing permit must be obtained from the Department. of Public Works
(662-8671) before any soil is moved.
will be necessary for the revised Site Plan to be in my office by January
10, 1979, so that we can be sure that your oroposal is presented to the Planning
Commission on January 17 and the Board of Supervisors on January 24.
