Show how the location will be manned. Label the proposed use. Show landscaping of unpaved areas. The Highway Department has specified requirements for your entrance. These requirements can be obtained by your surveyor either in this office or from Mr. King at the Highway Department. Sedimentation and erosion control information must be shown. Watershed calculation plus additional run-off coefficient contributing to eighteen inches (18") CMP across Route 522 must be shown. Include typical section of parking lot including compaction on fill areas in parking lot. Since parcel 2 appears to be designated for development as a street, the east side of the property should have a VDH approved entrance design for development when the street is developed. The twenty-five inch (25") Island must set back at least thirty-five feet (35') from the East property line. It will be necessary for the revised Site Plan to be in my office by November 27, 1978, so that we can be sure your proposal is presented to the Planning Commission on December 6, 1978, and the Board of Supervisors on December 13, 1978.
