accordance with your request at our meeting on, Friday, August 11, 1978,
with revisions as follows:
I ,
1. Provision for a detector check with vault and separate
domestic service for water supply hasl;been shown in accordance with
request by the Sanitation Authority.

2..-Reference is made`.to landscaping provisions of the contract
specifications including provisions' -for seeding all areas to the front
and sides of the.main building.
3. Concrete curb and gutter between entrances has been -added in
accordance with comments made by the Virginia Department of Highways
and Transportation. Also a shoulder slope on the state road has been
specified at 3/4" per foot as specified.
We trust this satisfies your requirements and we look forward to
approval by your office at your earliest convenience.

Pursuant to our telephone conversation this date,.please be
advised that construction on the above referenced project is
scheduled to begin on May 5, 1980.
We would therefore like to request an extension to the
existing site plan approval granted by your office in the late
summer of 1978. We would appreciate an extension as adequate
to cover an eighteen month construction period.
