Dear Mr. Ebert:
I have finished my review of the Gainesboro Post Office Site Plan
that you submitted to our department. The following comments need
to be addressed prior to site plan approval:
1) All categories marked "no" on the Applicant's Checklist sheet
enclosed with this letter.
2) The requirements of parking lot landscaping (3-3-2.11, 3-3-
2.11.1, 3-3-2.11.2).
3) The buffer requirements of Article 3, Section 12-2.2 must also
include all elements of the landscaped screen.
Please revise your site plan to include these comments. If you
come across a category on the Applicant's Checklist that is marked
"no", and is not going to be incorporated in this site plan, you
may provide a narrative specifying so.
