MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Opequon Magisterial District
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Open space, residential, and
recreational land use and agricultural zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: To construct an office addition,
additions to repair facilities, a new entrance, and new parking
facilities.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - A commercial
entrance is required and should be constructed with a 50 foot
radius and a 24 foot culvert.
Health Department - No objection.
Department of Inspections - No objection.
Planning and Zoning - No objection. Plan must be amended to show
Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation requirements.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
