PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Addition to existing farm market for additional retail and storage space. Additional parking. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - Commercial entrance permits must be applied for and approved before performing any work on the State's right of way on both Routes 522 and 701. Health Department - The existing septic tank is to be relocated. On this basis, the Health Department has no objection. Department of Inspections - No objection to the proposed addition on this site plan. We will address the addition according to the Uniform Statewide Building Code, Use Group M, Mercantile, at the time of permit approval. Planning and Zoning - No objection. From a previous telephone conversation, we advised you that if you planned to widen this entrance then a commercial entrance permit must be applied for and approved and constructed according to the minimum requirements.
