MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Industrial land use and M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: A 60' X 250' warehouse REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Department of Inspections - Proposed building must conform to the Uniform Statewide Building Code and must meet egress and fire protection requirements as set forth by BOCA. Highway Department - An entrance permit is required. Changes are noted on the site plan. Sanitation Department - Sewer service is available to the proposed site. Clearbrook Fire Company - Site plan shows no fire hydrants. Planning and Zoning - The Board of Zoning Appeals has granted a 37' front yard setback variance, allowing the proposed structure to be placed 38' from the VDH&T right-of-way for Lenoir Drive.
