MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Shawnee
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Industrial, commercial, and open
space land use and commercial zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construction of a 24' X 48' modular
office building.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - No frontage on
existing state right-of-way, therefore, no permit will be
required.
Department of Inspections - No objections. Structure to be
built must conform to the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building
Code.
Health Department - No objections.
Planning & Zoning - No objection.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval

the southside of Route 50 East, approximately .6 miles east of Route
81 in the Shawnee Magisterial District.
