action at their meeting of July 6, 1983:
Approval of Site Plan #011-83 of Liberty Realty, located on the
northside of Route 522 North in Sunnyside, in the Stonewall
Magisterial District and zoned B-2 (Business, General), for offices
in an existing structure.

Roundhill Fire Company - No comment.
Planning and Zoning - No objections; final site plan must be
amended to reflect commercial entrance.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval, with amendment noted under Planning
and zoning.

Dear Mr. Shickle:
Attached .for -,,our reference is the appropirate entrance standard
and dimension f)r the site plan furnished us dated June 21, 1983,
entitled "Site Plan Part of the Land of Ruth Lockhart Clark."
As indicated in our telephone conversation on Monday, June 27, 1983,
we will expect a standard commercial entrance, including bituminous
concrete surface and standard CG-2 curbing.
Prior to doing this work it will be necessary for you to apply for
a commercial entrance permit.
In the meantime we will be glad to answer any questions you may have
regarding your proposed entrance.
