PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: facility with maneuvering area, improvements. REVIEW EVALUATIONS: A 50,000 square foot warehouse parking area, and entrance Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - A permit must be secured from the Virginia Department of Highways and Transporta- tion before any work is performed on State right-of-way. Department of Inspections - The proposed warehouse will be considered Group S-1 (Storage) and must be built under the 1981 Virginia Uniform Statewide Building, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Codes. Health Department - A sewage disposal system construction permit has been issued to the above for 3-5 employees and includes the use of water saving devices on the plumbing fixtures. This office has no objections to this project. City of Winchester_ - Water service is available; detailed comments on plan. Stephens City Fire Company - Since the only fire hydrant on the site plan is west of the entrance on Rt. 652, it would be a benefit to have a hydrant on the complex. Also, a fire protection system would be worth consideration. Planning and Zoning - Site plan must show method to maintain post -development runoff rate at pre -development level.
