MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Shawnee Magisterial District
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Industrial and agricultural land use and
Industrial and agricultural zoning.
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Construct a 4,000 square foot office
and maintenance facility with off-street parking.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - A commercial
entrance will be required. We recommend 25' radius on each side
of the entrance. It will be necessary to remove the trees on each
side of the entrance to provide adequate sight distance.
Health Department - A conditional permit will be issued for a
maximum of six employees. Use and water saving plumbing devices
required.
Department of Inspections - No objection.
Planning and Zoning - No objection.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval.
