This letter is to confirm the Frederick County Planning Commission's
action at their meeting of October 20, 1982.
Approval of Site Plan 4018-82 of Frederick Homes, Inc., zoned B-3
(Industrial, Transition) for the construction of a mobile home sales
office and storage of mobile and modular homes for sale.; and off-
street parking facilities, in the Back Creek Magisterial District.

PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Mobile home sales office and storage of
mobile and modular homes for sale; off-street parking facilities.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Virginia Dept. of Highways and Transportation - No objection;
existing commercial entrance is satisfactory.
Health Department - Maximum of three full time employees; water
saver devices to be installed; water usage not to exceed 75
gallons per day.
Department of Inspections - No objection to this site plan.
Planning and Zoning - No objection.
