I (we), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Governing
Body to amend the Zoning Ordinance and to change the Zoning Map of
Frederick County, Virginia as hereinafter requested, and
in support of this application, the following facts are shown:
1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at Northwest of Gordondale, Sec. 1,

part, hereinafter called the Grantor, and LEON B. ZEIGER, party
of the second part, hereinafter called the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars, cash in hand paid, and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge ,
the Grantor does hereby grant and convey with general warranty of

1970, from Joseph A. Massie, Jr., Trustee in Bankruptcy for Earl
Lee Armel, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit

the said E. Earl Shade died on July 5, 1972, survived by the Granto,�

and between Robert U. Ayres and Leslie Ayres, his wife, herein-
after called the "Grantors", and J. P. Darlington, hereinafter

WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) cash in hand paid said Grantors herein
