Dear Mr. Cheshire:
Your rezoning application was tabled by the Frederick
County Planning Commission, January 3, 1974, because a repre-
sentative was not present and a sign was not placed on the
property showing the date of the Public Hearing.
In order for this rezoning to be heard at the February 7,
1974 Planning Commission Meeting, a sign must be displayed now
showing this February date, and an additional $12.00 fee will
be charged to readvertise for the Pubiic Hearing. This fee has
to be received by this office not later than Tuesday, January 15,
1974.
