Parcel "Br' on the attached plat, containing 10.23 acres
was approved for B 2 zoning on July 25, 1973. On Friday,
February 15, 1974, I was informed through your zoning office
that they are carrying this same parcel under B-1 zoning in
their records.
After the time and money that I expended to accomplish
said B2 zoning, I would like an official statement as to what
