Berg: Concerning the approximately 69 acrQs which I own in Frederick County, and which the board of Supervisors recently approved for rezoning to A-2, please be informed that I will not erect or construct mobile homes on any of the lots of said property. A master plan will be submitted to you shortly which I hope will be expeditiously approved to preclude the possibility of spiraling costs which may affect my intention of erecting modular housing at a price consistent with the needs and desires of a large segment of the Winchester community.
