Mr. Roger Alderman
Executive Secretary to the
Frederick County Board of Supervisors
9 Court Square
Winchester, Virginia
Dear Roger,
Just a note to express our appreciation to you and the entire Board
of Supervisors for your positive action on our June 28 rezoning
request for the Brumback property near Stephens City. As we and
our client, Harry F. Stimpson, Jr., have often repeated during recent
months, a basic goal is to develop a project that will do credit to
Frederick County and its people, from both an environmental and
financial standpoint. We thank you all for expressing confidence in
the integrity of our plans and intentions.
While we realize that a great deal of additional work lies ahead
before actual development can begin, we are confident that a continued
atmosphere of mutual cooperation and understanding will assure ultimate
satisfaction for all parties.
With kindest personal regards,
Walton . Madden . Cooper, A.I.A.
