THIS DEED made and dated this ay of
December, 1968, between Alec C. Gunter and Marjorie Gunter, his
wife, of the one part, hereinafter called the Grantors, and
Bottlers International, Inc., of the other part, hereinafter
called the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That for and in considerat
of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
Grantors do hereby grant and convey with general warranty of
title unto the Grantee, in fee simple, all o6 that certain tract
or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and
all rights, rights of way and appurtenances thereto belonging,
lying and being situate about two and one-half miles'f om the
City of Winchester, in Stonewall District, Frederick County,
Virginia, on both sides of the Welltown Pike, containing 174.26
Acres, being more fully described by plat and survey of Lee A.
Ebert, C.L.S. dated September 15, 1961, as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin at the inter-
section of the eastern boundary line of the
Welltown Pike with the northern boundary line of
Route #663, running with the said northern boundary
line N 83° 10' E. 2060.88 feet to an iron pin
corner to the Miller land; thence with the zwo
following lines of the said land N 00° 24' 1.1-
1254.27 feet to a set stone; thence N 40° 21' E.
261.67 feet to a set stone corner in the southern
line of the Clevenger land; thence with the said
line N 66° 54' 40" 1-1-1543.77 feet to a post corner
to the said land in the southeastern boundary line
