FREDERICK COUNTY, VIRGINIA TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, FREDERICK COUNTY, VIRGINIA I (we), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Governing Body to amend the Zoning Ordinance and to change the Zoning Map of Frederick County, Virginia as hereinafter requested, and in support of this application, the following facts are shown: 1. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned FROM TO Agricultural (A-2) Business (B-2) IXXXX3 4. Enclose(: you'will find three (3) applications for such a variance. It is necessary for the applicant to complete the enclosed applications in extensive detail. The significance of this procedure is that the Board of Zoning Appeals may clearly understand the variance and all circumstances surrounding the applicant's appeal. Rearyard - Each structure shall have a rear yard with a depth of 35 feet or more.
