Richard Michael, Jr. Your rile Number 2727 Dear Ben: Your letter of November 13, 1975 (addressed to Mr. J. O. Renalds, III; County Administrator) was referred to me and I, in turn, referred it to the Planning Commission for their recom- mendation. The Commission felt that, because of the length of time that has passed since Mr. Michael rezoned his property; if he desires R-6 zoning he should make a formal application. The Commission was also anxious that Mr. Michael be made aware that central water and sewer service would be required for a town- house development; that such service is not available now, nor is it planned in the near future. If 1•1r. Michael wishes to pursue R-6 zoning in the light of this information -- I would suggest that he contact the Sanitation Authority and explore the possibilities for sewer service before a rezoning application is submitted.
