and lies in Stonewall District, Prederick County, Virginia;
Beginning at an iron pin in the Western Highway Boundary Line of Rt. 110
a corner to the Reimers Electric Appliance Co. Inc. Land, running with the two
following Boundary Lines S 200 w - 10?.66 ft* to a concrete highway mounment;
thence with the Are Line 17,34 ft* (Chord Line S 190 % ' 49" W - 17.34 ft.)
to an iron pin corner to the Retained Portion; thence with the Northern Line
