Gentlemen: In 1968 and 69 we made extensive search for a location to relocate our business due to need for space and other factors. The area chosen and presently occupied was chosen for various advantages it offered for a small industry such as we have. 1. Elevation and site were favorable 2. Railroad adjoining provided needdng siding. 3. ~Access to present and future highways was excellent. Each of the above factors and others appeared to be ideal for our purposes and the matter of zoning was not considered or known to us or to the seller. Nor was this a factor when we secured a build=ing permit to build the present building in 1969. We ask consideration that will permit us to begin preparation for the needed expansion during the coming summer. Respectfully yours, C.F.Schenck, Pres. SCHENCK FOODS CO. Inc.
