their meeting of November 5, 1986:

Approval of Site Plan #+-86 of Glendobbin Hills, Section 3, for a 50 foot
right-of-way with drainage facilities to be constructed to the Virginia
Department of Highways and Transportation's requirements. This property is
located on Route 739, approximately one mile from its intersection with Route 522
North, in the Stonewall Magisterial District.

Road Profile and Plans
LOCATION: Route 739, approximately one mile from its intersection with Route 522
North.
MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT: Stonewall
ADJACENT LAND USE AND ZONING: Vacant Land and Residential Uses zoned A-2
(Agricultural General).
PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: 50 foot right-of-way with drainage facilities to
be constructed to VDH&T requirements.
REVIEW EVALUATIONS:
Highway Department - No objection to site plan. However, before we can make
a final review, we will need more information insofar as contours, drainage
computations, location and Route number that this proposed street is tying
into our right-of-way and all other pertinent information which is submitted
along with a proposed subdivision street.
Planning and Zoning - No objection. All VDH&T requested items have been
forwarded to the VDH&T for final comment and will be included in all final
subdivision plats.

Dear Bruce:
As requested, a review of the above referenced subdivision has
been made and our comments, recommendations and requirements are
as follows:
J- - The two (2) lines of 36" pipe proposed under Route 673 are to
be increased to two (2) lines of 49" x 33" pipe arch. An
outfall ditch will be required to a point where the drainage
will divert to natural flow. A twenty foot drainage easement
should also be provided to. t.h_is. point.
2. A minimum forty feet flared radius is to be constructed at the
intersection with a standard Virginia Department of Highways
and Transportation stop sign.
3. A modified road ditch with a six foot bottom is to be constructed
along the right side of the street from the intersection to
approximately Station 3+60.
4. CD underdains are to be provided at approximately this location.
When the above revisions have been shown, please resubmit for
further review.
