This property is located on Route 739, approximately one mile from its intersection with Route 522 North, in the Stonewall Magisterial District. However, before we can make a final review, we will need more information insofar as contours, drainage computations, location and Route number that this proposed street is tying into our right-of-way and all other pertinent information which is submitted along with a proposed subdivision street. Section III Route 6, Box 152-C Off Route 673 Winchester, VA 22601 Frederick County Dear Bruce: As requested, a review of the above referenced subdivision has been made and our comments, recommendations and requirements are as follows: J- - The two (2) lines of 36" pipe proposed under Route 673 are to be increased to two (2) lines of 49" x 33" pipe arch. An outfall ditch will be required to a point where the drainage will divert to natural flow. A twenty foot drainage easement should also be provided to. t.h_is. point. 2. A minimum forty feet flared radius is to be constructed at the intersection with a standard Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation stop sign. 3. A modified road ditch with a six foot bottom is to be constructed along the right side of the street from the intersection to approximately Station 3+60. 4.
