Rte. 798 Frederick County This is in response to the preliminary site plan furnished to us. I am returning the sheet showing notations marked in red of the additional require- ments. You will note the concrete curbing is to be set 8' from the edge of pavement and extended to the property line on the north side. The plans did not make any provisions for the drainage surface water. A 15" culvert pipe will be required under the entrance way. The entrance must slope away from the edge of pavement at the rate of of 3/4" per foot for 81. The concrete curbing must be Standard CG-7 Curbing as this area is posted more than 45 m.p.h. When the revised plans have been prepared, please resubmit for our review and further consideration.
