Chapman Weather: Clear, Cool Subgrade approval Fill Control (See attached Compaction Test Summary) Foundation Inspection including Subgrade, formwork dimensions and reinforcing Foundation Piers Foundation/Retaining Walls Floor Slabs Structural Frame X Other: REMARKS: The keyway/core trench for Dam 91 was being excavated with a John Deere track hoe until competent, unrippable shale was encountered. FEV observed and confirmed the depth of excavation as suitable, while equipment removal and malfunction prevented completion of the total keyway.
