PROPOSED USE AND IMPROVEMENTS: Vocational Science Building School REVIEW EVALUATIONS: Highway Department - The proposed entrance does not meet our minimum commercial entrance standards as shown. A permit must be applied for and approved before doing any work on the State's right-of-way. Health Department - No objections. Facility to be connected to the existing treatment plant. Reynolds Store Fire Company - Existing dirt road needs to be kept open for fire truck (if need be) to south and southwest corner of the building. Existing lake is not marked in contrast to proposed building and whether the road is passible to the lake. Inspections Department - Proposed buildings to be designed and built in accordance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and applicable referenced standards for the intended use.
