Box 115 Clearbrook, Virginia 22624 Dear Sirs: The purpose of this letter is to confirm the zoning on a piece of property, located at the Rest Church interchange on Interstate 81, which is identified with property identification number 23000-A00-0000-0000-0017-0. This property is currently zoned B-2 (Commercial General) under the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance and that zoning district does allow for motor vehicle sales with accessory service, which does include farm and industrial equipment sales with accessory service. Enclosed is a page from the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance which sets out the limitations under which motor vehicle sales need to take place on this site. The telephone conversation that I had with a representative of your company on April 4, 1985 seems to indicate that the operations of your company would fit into this category. If after reviewing this section of the Zoning Ordinance you do feel that you can operate under the limitations of this use regulation, your use would be a permitted use on this property in this zoning district. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Serely, 7-,? go., o - h T. P. Horne ector JTPH/dkg 9 Court Square - P.O.
