Recommend 12" CMP be placed under entrance road at station 18 + 25 to allow free flow of runoff. 2. The proposed 12" CMP which is located in an area to be occupied by future oxidation ditch. It would seem advisable to locate this where it would not require relocation with future improvements. This is only a suggestion and not a requirement. 3. Runoff from north side of roof over sludge drying beds should be routed to prevent ponding and embankment erosion. Erosion Control: 1. Silt fences will be required on both sides of the road between the pump station and the treatment plant. 2. Grading plan does not show final contours of the entrance road. Ensure appropriate erosion and siltation structures are in place for adjacent drainage channels. 3. Stabilization measures (seeding / silt fences)are needed for slope created on the west side of the area near the chlorine contact tank and mudwell (slope greater than 25% ).
