As you requested, I have enclosed a copy of the easement agreement between the Homeowners Association and C & P. Additionally, the Site Plan has been revised to reflect the Homeowners Association's request for siding on the building. I believe C & P will meet with the Association one more time to ensure all of their requests as far as fencing and landscaping are satisfied. I see no reason why approval of the plan should be delayed beyond the first Planning Commission meeting of February. Again, thank you for your continued assistance.
