As you requested, I have enclosed a copy of the easement agreement between the Homeowners Association and C & P. Additionally, the Site Plan has been revised to reflect the Homeowners Association's request for siding on the building. I believe C & P will meet with the Association one more time to ensure all of their requests as far as fencing and landscaping are satisfied. I see no reason why approval of the plan should be delayed beyond the first Planning Commission meeting of February. Again, thank you for your continued assistance. They prefer that no fence be built at the proposed building site but would like to have some shrubbery placed adjacent to the building. Please add appropriate land scaping to the plans and submit to the planning commission. I have also enclosed a check for $300.29 to cover the inspection fee of Frederick County.
