to the above referenced development. The resubmitted plans appear to be
satisfactory and are therefore approved.
Please advise the developer if Imboden Drive is to be eligible for acceptance
into the State Secondary Road Svstem, then all Lot =12 entrance design and
drainage features must be built in accordance with these at -
proved plans.
