During that conversation, it was determined that the approved site plan will require a minor addition to include the new structures. The best way to proceed is to contact Ward/Hall Associates and inform them of the minor revision. They can add one ticket sales booth on the existing plan and include an attached sheet that shows the details of the V.I.P. parking lot with the second ticket sales booth. I will need two copies of this revision for public record. This revision will not delay the building permit for this project; however, I would ask that we receive the revised site plan as soon as possible to enable our department to update our files.
