Wyatt, Planner I RE: Temporary Certificate of Occupancy DATE: March 13, 1990 This memorandum regards my site inspection of the Baker Lane Business Center (lot 1) on March 13, 1990. The Frederick County Planning Department will allow the issuance of a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for this project which will be valid for thirty (30) days. Once all site work is complete, this department will issue a Final Certificate of Occupancy for this project. Listed below is the site work to be completed for this project: 1. Asphalt the specified parking and manuvering areas on the plan. 2. Stripe all parking spaces (26). 3. Revegetate all disturbed areas (straw cover for all seeded areas) . 4. Provide landscaping in front of the building. 5. Meet all Virginia Department of Transportation requirements for completing the commercial entrance. If the requirements for completion of this site work are finished prior to the thirty day deadline, give me a call and I will do a final site inspection of the property.
