Box 601 Winchester, Virginia 22601 Dear Mr. Watkins: JM The Potomac Edison Company Njok Part of the Allegheny Power System Downsville Pike Hagerstown, Maryland 21740 January 31, 1989 Per our discussion, I submit to you for administrative review, our proposed changes to the site plan for Redbud Substation. The substation is located along the west side of Route 661 between I-81 and 661 at the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. The property appears on Tax Map 43 as parcel number 153. The proposed construction is for the purpose of installing 138 kV line breakers. A plot plan marked in yellow has been included to show the installation of the breaker and allied facilities. Also included is a xerox copy of the original plot plan which showsthe facilities as they exist at this time. I would request that the necessary steps be taken to gain approval of this plan and ask that if additional information is required, you will notify me.
