Box 2104 Winchester, Virginia 22601 RE: Site Plan #004-89 of Western Steer Steakhouse Dear Mr. Maddox: The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Mr. Thomas Scully's Site Plan #004-89 for the Western Steer Steakhouse was approved by the Frederick Coujity Planning Department on February 8, 1989. The following constraints are applied to this site plan: Before any construction is started on the state's right-of-way, construction drawings will have to be reviewed and approved by the Virginia Department of Transportation. Work will have to be performed under a land use permit which requires a fee and surety bond. Another referral comment was given by Doug Kiracoff, Fire Marshall, which stated that the hydrant shown on this site presently meets the County's requirement; however, if it were relocated to the entrance, it would better facilitate fire fighting efforts and give the fire department much better access. The Sanitation Department made the following comments: 1) The 6" sewer line requires a manhole; 2) correct pipe bedding detail; 3) show detail of manhole installed in existing line; 4) the proposed water line is too.close to the existing manhole.
